I'm a St Louis native having been born and raised in the area. I have 34 years experience in selling real estate, 5 of those years in management. During that time, I have personally sold 483 homes, handled dozens of multiple offer situations, hundreds of inspection resolutions, and directly supervised another 1800 transactions. This has given me a thorough knowledge of real estate sales, the ability to avoid most potential problems that could upset the sale, and many satisfied clients! I also have been a Director for our local and state Association of Realtors, achieved Multi-Million Dollar and Lifetime Million Dollar Member awards totaling over $116,000,000 in closed sales, & received the Outstanding Service Award for client satisfaction.
